....at Plumpton . Well - lets hope he does ! It's an evening meeting - we're in the 5-45 race - so perfect for a celebrating - or wound healing ( done plenty of them this season ) night out in Brighton .
Plumpton is one of my favourite tracks - has a real country feel to it - sitting in the Southdown's just north of Brighton . And it's been my most successful . Trying to think of them - Mystic Day ( twice ) - Eycure Du Roi ( thanks to typically inspired ride from AP McCoy ) - Ishandraz ( another grey who after his racing days went on to to be a top show jumper) and George - who won his first race there .
We've been patient with Bruce - waiting for the better ground - so lets hope it's all been worth it . He must have a great chance - and that he on 'song'! CU
